I am attempting to figure out how to factor a cubic polynomial

2x^3+11x^2-20x+6

So a cubc equaation always has 3 roots and starndard form of the equation is (x-a)(x-b)(x-c) 

But to evaluate the 3 roots we need to atleast draw one root out by hit and trial so that it beomes easy.

Here  also we do in similar manner, and come to the roots.

x1 = 1.1

x2 = -6.9

x3 = 0.3

These are the roots of equation.

Hence factors are,

(x-1.1)(x + 6.9 ) ( x + 0.3)
