How does the cash conversion cycle affect operating cash flow?. Does profitability necessarily imply that a firm has positive operating cash flow? Please do not describe cash flows from investing and financing.
Profitability doesn't imply that a firm has positive operating cash flow because profit is always based on notional amounts, like receivables are not in cash, assets cannot be in cash. and depreciation, doubtful debts, gratuity have concerned with operating cash flow and working capital changes are also incurred in operating cash flow.
