Subtract 15 from both side to get

-t/4 > -5

Multiply by 4 on both sides to eliminate 4 in the denominator to get

-t > -20

Now multiply by -1 on both side to eliminate the negative sign in from of the t, but REMEMBER that any time you multiply or divide an inequality by a negative number you must REVERSE THE INEQUALITY SIGN
