C = 5/9 x (F-32)

(9/5 ) x C = F - 32

(9/5 ) x C +32 = F

it can also be written as 

F = (9/5) x C + 32

now put the value of C = 12 degree

F = (9/5)*12 + 32 

   = 1.8*12 + 32 

   = 21.6 +32 

F   = 53.6   Answer
