In triange ABF and CDF

Angle B = Angle D ( Both 90 degrees )

Angle AFC = Angle BFD ( Bothe 90 degree )

Subtract Angle BFC from angle AFC and BFD both we get,

Angle AFB = Angle CFD

Clearly since 2 angles of triange ABF and CDF are equal, 3 rd angles will be equal by angle sum property.

Hence, both the triangles are similar,

ABF ~ CDF

Since triangles are similar, raio of there sides will be same.

AB / CD = AF / CF

AB x CF = AF x CD

Hence Proved.

Please best the solution !!!!

I hope its the detailed one and you will definitly understand !!!!!!!!!!
