The company's employees can complete up to 17 arrangements each day using up to 26 total person hours of labor. It takes 4 person hours to complete 1 funeral wreath and 1 person hour to complete 1 bridal centerpiece. How many of each type of arrangements should the florist produce daily for maximum profit if the profit on a funeral wreath is $65 and the profit on a bridal centerpiece is $42?

Assume a and b is the number of arrangements they make per day for funeral wreath & bridal centerpiece, respectively. 

maximum 17 arrangement per day means 

a + b = 17 ...........1

maximum 26 labor hours per day means 

4a + b = 26 .............2

Solving 1 and 2, we get 

a = 3 and b =14

Hence the arrangement for funeral wreath should be 3 and for bridal centerpiece should be 14.
