If it takes 54 mL of 0.1 M NaOH to neutralize 125 mL of an HCL solution, what is the concentration of the HCl?

Apr 12th, 2015

NaOH+HCl = NaCl+H2O

the mole ratio fo NaOH and HCl is 1:1,

0.054*0.1M = 0.125*x

x = 0.0054/0.125 = 0.0432 M
