what is the concentration of a sodium hydroxide solution if 14.5 mL of it are exacly neutralized by 30.0 mL of a 0.500 M hydrochloric acid solution?

let the concentration be x, since the mole ratio of NaOH and HCl is 1:1, thus we have 

x*14.5 = 30*0.5

x= 15/14.5 = 1.034 M
