I’m stuck on a Business question and need an explanation.
WHAT IS THE WORD FOR AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT THAT TRAPS, OR ABUSES THE PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEE, AND THEREFORE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ILLEGAL . (SUCH AS THOSE WHICH ARE OFFERED TO A PERSON OBVIOUSLY DESPERATE FOR WORK BUT WILL SIGN ANYTHING TO GET THE JOB)?
