Review Module 32, “Stress and Illness,” in your course text. Focus on the different coping strategies and reflect on which ones may or may not work for you. Determine which strategies are more biological in nature and which are more social in nature.
Review the article “Resilient Adolescent Mothers: Ethnographic Interviews.” Focus on examples of the different coping strategies.
Reflect on the stress and health web link. Consider the role stress plays on your emotions.
