Description
It is a self- change project for only 4-5 pages. It is not difficult to do because you don't have to search for information. It is about self, and I already wrote what you have to talk about, so the idea is more clear, and you don't have to think of what you want to write.
I really want someone professional in writing, so then I don't have to check the grammar after him/her.
I won't pay more than 6 dollars.

University of West Georgia Meaning of Community Discussion
1. How does your meaning of "community" compare with Sullivan and Rosin's meaning?2. If you have been involved in volunteer activities or community activities (community, church, college, work, etc.), did you note a sense of accomplishment after these activities? Why?3.Do you feel more self-conscious when you do volunteer activities, or less self-conscious? Most people say that they feel less self-conscious, that being a volunteer helps them to "get out of their own head" in a sense. Why do you suppose this happens?4. In your community, have you thought about what you could do, what you can do, and what challenges you have to cope with in your social context? (Korthagen and Vasalos)5. How have your connections to other people affected how you see experiences and events in your community? (Fiddler and Marienau)6. In reflecting on your past experiences, were there any interactions that might have influenced you without you even being aware of the influence? (Kolb diagram 6.3)7. Imagine yourself interacting with others at work. How would you describe the way you interact with others, what are your basic personality traits? (Kolb diagram 6.3)8. Do you see yourself as a leader? Do you lead by setting agendas for others? Do others agree with you as a leader or not? What is the distinction between being a manager and being a micro-manager? (Kegan and Lahey)

MHA 643 Belhaven University How to Overcome Adversities Discussion
Prompt: Proverbs 24:10 says, “If you are slack in the day of distress, your strength is limited.” What do you do when you are faced with adversity?
Reply to:
Matthew 6:25-27(KJV) says, “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?” Adversity is an inavoidable part of life. The most powerful tool I use when I face adversity is prayer. Prayer is the way I have conversations with God about the challenges I go through from day to day. I often hear people say that "God helps those who help themselves." I feel this is true in a sense, but I would reword that cliche to God blesses our efforts. When I pray, I pray that God blesses my efforts to overcome the stressors and problems I face, whether it be a change in routine, or addressing my problems directly or indirectly. For example, I had a friend who was battling anxiety, and she had become frustrated when the only advice she was given was to "give it to God". Anyone with anxiety knows "giving it to God" is not a complete answer. Sure, prayer is necessary, but what you do when you leave your knees matters just as much. Healthcare financial managers will surely need lots of prayer, just from the enormous amount of pressure their superiors place on them to succeed. Managers should seek God's guidance in leading their team to make concise and informed judgement when handling financial operations of a healthcare firm, and when problems arise, as they will, ask God to bless the efforts they make to remedy the problem in the most effective way possible. "I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth" (Psalm 121:1-2).100 word reply either agreeing disagreeing or relating to
