1) The probability of finishing a specific type of task is uniformly (equally) distributed between 4 hours and 12 hours. Determine the EXPECTED time to finish tasks of this nature. Enter your answer rounded to the nearest integer number.

2) The number of customers walking into a small retail store every hour follows a Poisson distribution with a mean of 10 customers. Determine the probability of 10 customers entering the store each hour. Hint: The Mass function!
