Iam standing facing the blue hourse on the Merry  go round the blue horses is at 18* apart if the Merry go round round turns so that I am facing the white horse which is four behind the blue horse how many degrees did the Merry go round turn?

I am not sure if I understand this right, but it sounds to me like the blue horses are on opposite ends to each other or 180 degrees apart from each other. If the white horse is 4 behind the blue horse that means that the angle formed between the blue horse and white horse is 4/18 of 180 degrees which is 40 degrees.
