For a Venturi meter, Q = C*A* √2 ΔP / ρ (r^2 -1)

In this case ΔP = P2 - P1 = 110 Pa
and r = A2 / A1 = D2^2 / D1^2

= 0.06 /0.03 = 2
Assuming flow coefficient C =1
A = A2 = 0.06
Flow, Q = 1 * 0.06 * √ (2 *110) / ( 2^2 -1)
Q = 0.06 * √ 220 / 3 = 0.06 * 8.563

Q= 0.5138 m^3 /s

But Q = V *A
speed= Q / A = 0.5138 / 0.06 = 8.56 m/s
