Write a 2-3 page, APA style paper on judicial activism. Present the arguments on both sides of the question as to whether judges should interpret or simply apply the Constitution. Research and provide more current examples (the current Supreme Court docket) and predict how you think the justices will decide.

Then think about the idea that if one can predict the decisions of the justices on the Supreme Court--where does that leave the idea that no case is prejudged?

Constitution and Interpretation
Judicial activism is referred to as the process of lawmaking where the adjudicator allows
the opinions of the community to rule among other additional issues in the making of a
judgment. In the United States, court activism is regarded as either, copious or conventional. The
initial American legitimacy was categorized with its conformity with judicial activism. This was
especially applicable where the Central Supreme Court was not ready to allow the Assembly or
the Conditions which permitted lawmaking or conditions which would control the financial
business or social control (Neill, 2015). The jury is in most cases faced with a complex case,
whose determination is based on the interpretation of the particular case in line with the
constitution. This means that for an effective decision to be made, the jury has to make a
combination of the interpretation of the case and includes specific sections of the constitution to
make the judgment.
The Current Docket of Supreme Court
The docket of Supreme Court is made up of cases which are not decided and other which
are obvious, which remains as piles in the court. The users can check for tags by the use of the
amount of docket of the Highest Court. A case term can also be used or information that contains
the bag of the docket. The arrangement that is used by the Highest Court docket is a system of
period year-number.
Decision in the High Court
Recently, the American Highest Court has been a topic in the judicial system, where it
has drawn the attention of liberal parties in the subject of censure. Most of these involvements

have been ongoing since the inception of the High Court, which has been sustained through the
Law of Burger into the Rehnquist Law Court. The most probable evident case of the involvement
of liberal is the Roe versus Wade 19 where the court wiped away some preventive laws of
abortion. These laws were termed as sacrilegious and correct to privacy. It was previously found
that the characteristics which owed to the process had altered the Fourteenth Alteration. This
yielded to the philosophy of alive composition. A prominent American jurist, Oliver Wendell
Holmes provided that the makeup was not easy of fastidious conflict but provided the
mechanism for collation of the public life, which was considered as carbon-based growth
