Question description

Can anybody respond to this. It must be at least 3 sentences. Nuclear weapons do pose a very real threat. It is this threat by State actors (nations) stopping many of them to use them (the "mutually assured destruction" theory). Some State-sponsors of terror (i.e., Iran) are pursuing the nuclear capability and this could prove a danger to many nations. What issues do you see with this?
