Explain how the right to privacy has been defined by the U.S. Supreme Court and what the implications are for citizens in the United States.

The U.S. Supreme Court has found that the Constitution implicitly grants a right to privacy against governmental intrusion. The 1890 Warren and Brandeis article "The Right To Privacy", is often cited as the first implicit declaration of a U.S. right to privacy.[2] This right is frequently debated. Strict constructionists[who?] argue that no such right exists
