Classroom management is an essential tool towards achievement of student productivity.
In light of this, teachers should formulate methods that help guide students with the aim of
managing them. Tutors should emulate specific charisma and behaviour that appeal to students
as study has shown that the latter strive to please teachers they like (Anderson, Evertson &
Brophy, 1979; Falona & Richardson, 2006). Therefore, learners should purpose to stick to
certain principles stipulated by their instructors for optimal performance to be achieved.
Moreover, if teachers conduct themselves in a way students view them as role models, students
tend to try and please them, an aspect of psychology that when utilized, leads to desired results.
For effective classroom management, several principles should be implemented. Winning
the respect and affection of students, ensuring incessant display of charisma and credibility,
taking responsibility and expressing pleasure in classroom processes are a perfect recipe for
