Energy of photon, Ep = .0461 * 10^-17 = .000461 * 10^-19

For Comparison, I am not sure if they are asking for the difference in energies or the ratio

Ep - Ee =(.000461- .000013) * 10^-19

               = .000448 * 10^-19J

If you are looking for the ratio of Ee/Ep = .000013/.000461

                                                               = .0281

so Ee = .0281Ep

If you need  Ep/Ee = 35.46

The method I used for calculation is correct.
