Democracy and aristocracy are two systems that seem to be almost similar. However,
democracy takes the upper hand when it comes to governing a country. From the 1891 article by
Alexis, the two countries being compared are the United States of America and France. These
two represent Democracy and Aristocracy respectively. The author feels that the United States of
