Include an ethical issue that may impact this process and identify an ethical framework from our Covey text or another source that you think would be valuable in evaluating how to handle it. How can the framework be helpful and what are its weaknesses in this your situation. Finally, include one example of how you will help develop discovery skills in the next generation. This paper should be approximately 4-6 pages in length. Use correct APA format, including a cover page, in-text citations, and a reference page. You may write this paper in the first person. Introduction
Innovation may come about in a variety of ways. In some cases, innovation may come
from birth. There are people who are born naturally creative. They always come up with fresh
ideas, and by themselves or with the help of another person they nurture the idea into something
helpful. However, the most common source of innovation comes from the development of the
correct skills. When a person acquires enough knowledge about something, they can use the
skills and knowledge acquired to innovate new things. The skills and knowledge help them to
come up with new ideas.
This development is possible only through learning and consistent practice. With the
correct support coming from colleagues, family, and friends, an individual can harness the
required competencies and skills to promote an innovative mindset. Through innovation, an
individual can move from a subordinate position in the workplace to management or supervisory
position in the workplace. Many organizations look for innovative people how will be helpful to
them by coming up with better ideas and strategies to help in its growth. A person can be
elevated into a senior position by being creative and innovative. There are five competencies and
skills set the innovative individual apart from other employees or people. These are association,
