As a hospital administrator, you hear some complaints and want to investigate whether the problem of stereotyping exists at your facility.
Using the South University Online Library or the Internet, research various types of stereotyping such as racial, ethnic, religious, and gender. Based on your research and understanding, respond to the following:

Recently staff has been complaining about abusive physician behavior. A process introduced to deal with abusive physician behavior alienates some doctors. As a direct result of the staff complaints, one of every three doctors threatens to leave the hospital.
Recommend a system for addressing the grievances along with a long term solution focused on the interpersonal conflict.

Case Study Analysis
1. Define the problem to be solved or identify symptoms that suggest an
underlying problem.
The underlying problem in is the influence of the patient’s socioeconomic status
on the hospital critical management decisions. There have been complaints concerning
stereotyping brought forward and calls for investigations. The healthcare providers break
the anti-stereotyping rules through favoring some of their patients while making critical
decisions. The problem needs to be investigated to ensure that stereotyping is eliminated
from the organization because it lowers the quality of care provided. Physicians have
introduced a technique that is effective in curing the patient’s illnesses. It is effective
when the patients’ lifestyle is different, and the doctor has to change so that the provision
of cure is proper to enhance their health conditions (Bernheim et al., 2008).
Conducting the Investigation
Conducting investigations in the facility to determine if the claims of stereotyping
in the organization are true is crucial. Patients are an important component of the
healthcare facility and treating them with equality helps in improving the reputation of
the organization as well as the quality of care that they get (Bernheim et al., 2008). These
claims can be investigated through giving all the patients in the facility a feedback form,
