Children’s play serves as a universal phenomenon that serves both the natural and biological
purposes. It is through play that children get to learn about the ever-changing world. I happened
to observe two roles during a children’s play. The role of a teacher and those of the parents. The
two roles often follow the values of plays in various ways. The early childhood teachers claimed
that “play is part of child’s work” while the parents frequently asked whether their child played
