The is FT-testused for comparing the factors of the total deviation. For example, in one-way, or single-factor ANOVA, statistical significance is tested for by comparing the F test statistic

$F = \frac{MS_\text{Treatments}}{MS_\text{Error}} = {{SS_\text{Treatments} / (I-1)} \over {SS_\text{Error} / (n_T-I)}}$
Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is a statistical method used to test differences between two or more means. It may seem odd that the technique is called "Analysis of Variance" rather than "Analysis of Means." As you will see, the name is appropriate because inferences about means are made by analyzing variance.

I keep coming up with the same numbers. I have been working on this problem for 2 days and ready to pull out my hair.

This is what the mystatlab says.... Divide the mean sum of squares by the mean sum of squares within. So I take that to mean that this... Column MS/Within MS. Correct?
