√(m**11)=(m**11)**(1/2) as ** is for power

=m**(11/2)   as √ is power of (1/2)

=m**((10+1)/2)  when base is same power is added

=m**(10/2+1/2)

=m**(5+(1/2))

=m**5Xm**(1/2)

=(m**5)√m

Hence a=m**5

b=m
