a = 4x - 3y b = 2x + 6y

c= b - 2a

c = 2x + 6y - 2(4x - 3y)

c = 2x + 6y - 8x + 6y

c = - 6x + 12y

Magnitude = √[(-6)^2 + (12)^2]

= √[36 + 144]

= √180

= √36*5

= √36 * √5

Magnitude = 6√5

Direction vector = c / Magnitude

= - 6x + 12y / 6√5

= - 6x/6√5 + 12y/6√5

Direction vector = - 1/√5 x + 2/√5 y
