What is the Ka value?

For any base we have,

Kb (of base)*Ka (conjugate acid)=KW

or,  Kb*Ka=10-14

Here, Kb=2.5*10-9

Ka=10-14/kb

=10-14/2.5*10-9

=4*10-6
