Can positive thinking truly affect test performance?

Apr 21st, 2015

Yes, it can. If you go into a test with positive thinking, you will not have anxiety and thus will be able to focus your cognitive abilities on performance. Your abilities won't change, but you will be able to use all of them on the test instead of splitting between anxiety. You will also be more careful due to less jitters.
