There's a homeless woman with a perfect match down the hall with six months to live with late-stage of cancer. You are the Surgeon  on duty, Should you take the   heart from the homeless woman who had a minor surgery and  who under general anesthesia.  She will die if you take her heart to save the Secretary of the U.S..  What should you do?

I would not take the homeless woman's heart. This is because all life is valuable regardless of the social or financial status of a person.
