Hope Improvement Center depends on the best-qualified employees to conduct the
processes and the day to day activities in the organization. As a recruitment manager, I
understand the need to have the best employees across the organization who will be able to
handle the processes internally and externally. The human resource is the most critical arm of the
organization. It is therefore important to have a simple and direct equipment plan that will guide
on how to identify the best candidate as well as hire them to fit the positions within the
