Describe an existing non-profit or public organization of interest to you, Strategic Change social science homework help
Individual Paper I: Strategic Change
Strategic change is a process that involves analyzing an
organization’s vision, mission, goals, and strategic plans.
Organizational leaders can perform this analysis using several methods,
such as a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis
and an Appreciative Inquiry analysis. Although these two analysis
methods have a different approach, they both involve examining an
organization’s internal and external environments. By analyzing an
organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges,
leaders are more equipped to identify and address issues and help the
organization in achieving its goals. In this Assignment, you select an
organization in need of strategic change and then conduct a SWOT
analysis and an Appreciative Inquiry analysis for the organization.
To complete:
Write a 6- to 8-page paper (not including title page and reference page) that addresses the following:
Describe an existing non-profit or public organization of interest to you.Explain why the organization is in need of strategic change.Conduct a SWOT analysis for the organization. Explain the results
of the analysis and how the results might influence the strategic
planning process.Conduct an Appreciative Inquiry 4-D Cycle analysis for the
organization. Explain the results of the analysis and how the results
might influence the strategic planning process.Compare organizational outcomes when using SWOT to organizational outcomes when using Appreciative Inquiry.
Use proper APA formatting and include the following:

Albizu University World Trade Organization Research Paper
The Research Paper The final research paper should build on the information in your research proposal and should incorporate your week 5 literature review. It should also include revisions based on the feedback you have received on those assignments. Here's the format of the paper: Title Page of the Paper. The title of your paper should be brief but should adequately inform the reader of your general topic and the specific focus of your research. Keywords relating to parameters, population, and other specifics are useful. ALWAYS use a title page and insert page numbers for graduate work! Your title page will include the title, name, course name and number, and professor’s name. Please label each of the following sections in your research paper: Introduction (1-2 pages): This section provides an overview of the topic that you are writing about. It situates your topic in a broader context. In addition, the introduction should clearly state your research question and hypothesis. Literature Review (3-5 pages): This section should incorporate your week 5 literature review and any revisions based on feedback received. Data and Methodology (1-2 pages): This section should incorporate any feedback received on your week 2 research proposal. This section provides the reader with a description of your strategy to conduct research for this paper. It identifies your dependent and independent variables and how you operationalized them. It describes the data you used (whether quantitative or qualitative) and the method you used to analyze it to arrive at your findings. This section also describes any limitations you discovered about your strategy and how you overcame them. Analysis and Findings (4-5 pages): The results section of the research paper is where you report the findings of your study based upon the methodology you applied to gather information. The results section should simply state the findings of the research arranged in a logical sequence without bias or interpretation. When formulating the results section, it's important to remember that the results of a study do not prove anything. Findings can only confirm or reject the hypothesis underpinning your study. Make sure that you make connections back to your hypothesis and the extent to which it was supported or not. Remember, we can also learn something from a hypothesis that was not supported by the data. Conclusions (1-2 pages): This section will contain the concluding analytical arguments based on what research has revealed to answer the research question. Like any conclusion, it should provide a synopsis of the project, the strategy, and the results and what they add to the body of knowledge. This section should also offer suggestions for avenues of future research for other scholars, as all knowledge is evolutionary. References (or Bibliography): This section will contain all references, cited in Turabian format, properly indented, and alphabetically arranged. You should compile these and add to them as you’ve gone along. They should be error free! Here is the research Proposal: Research Proposal: World Trade Organization Research question: What factors must get considered to influence the cooperation of some World Trade Organization (WTO) members that believe the organization lacks the power to negotiate agreements among member states to update its rules to address current trade issues? Dependent variable identification, definition, and measurement Based on the research question, getting examined is the cooperation that must be realized to attract some member states for the WTO to negotiate agreements among member states effectively. It is the dependent variable. Factors to consider to realize cooperation is the guiding principle for our dependent variable. Cooperation can be defined as working as a team to generate results or ensure that relevant decisions are made. The research question intends to explain the parts that WTO can employ to bring other member states into accepting WTO ideologies. The factors that contribute to cooperation shall be measures based on their applicability, reliability, and effects on member states. To cooperate, they must reap maximally and increase their international trading returns, which will venture into improved economic growth and development. Independent Variable By raising awareness of the issues that buffet the WTO and reviewing its performance, the organization can function at optimal by increasing its power to negotiate agreements that are inclined to address current trade issues. The realization of these factors projects increased cooperation among member states, making it the independent variable. When the member states understand the WTO's goals through education, they stand to influence the system's critical changes. Suppose WTO considers reviewing its performance from time to time and avails reports. It is projected to create a platform where it can get audited, and adjustments get made to attract increased cooperation among the member states. The cooperation of member states inclines to increase agreement negotiation of the WTO. Hypothesis The creation of WTO awareness and review of its performance will enhance member state cooperation. It implies that if the member states lack an awareness concerning the world trade organization, they are likely not to cooperate with the organization's activities. The failure to see the WTO's institutional performance also projects a lack of cooperation among the member states. Thus, it is essential to build a framework that considers the proliferation of awareness on WTO and a model that reviews its performance for increased cooperation. Research Method Case studies will get used as the research method for the paper. The proposed data sources will get derived from WTO websites and other academic resources, which will help us attain critical research concerning WTO’s effectiveness towards improving member states' cooperation. The organization needs to increase cooperation to help realize various goals and objectives. The case studies will entail the overview of WTO, its operations, and performance for the last ten years. Building such a framework will help identify the problem and generate solutions to curb the problems. The research will constitute qualitative data where it will consider the disposition of observing the recorded data. Comparing data from different case studies will help realize meaningful solutions on how WTO can encourage cooperation among member states. The qualitative data approach will entail content analysis that will increase proficiency in understanding the research question. Specific words and phrases will get taken into account with the consideration of past case studies and websites. It is significant to consider all parameters to ensure that the research becomes a success.

Chisholm's The Problem of Criterion (Abre Los Ojos) Movie
The film Abre Los Ojos ends after Cesar decides to wake up from his dream. We do not get to see what happens after he is told, “Open your eyes”, but suppose that he wants to know whether he is still dreaming. Chisholm might explain Cesar's situation as an example of the 'Problem of the Criterion'. Explain how Cesar's case illustrates this problem, and how the three responses to the problem discussed by Chisholm might relate to the film. Your discussion should address the following:- What is the Problem of the Criterion, and how is it relevant to Cesar's predicament at the end of the film?-What are the three different responses to the problem that Chisholm describes, and might each attempt to answer the question of how Cesar can know whether he is dreaming?-Which approach does Chisholm favor, and what might an objection to his approach look like?
