acquired (Kahya, 2009). The conceptualization of performance in jobs has been extended as of
late to include counterproductive behaviors, core task behaviors, and citizenship behaviors. Core
task performance alludes to the required fundamental obligations of a specific job. Citizenship
performance alludes to those additional practices that employees engage themselves in, far
beyond their core task requirements, which efficiently strengthen and promote the company's
goals. Counterproductive performance alludes to deliberate practices that damage the prosperity
of the association (Mizell, 2010).

In college and high school, the focus of education is rarely on enhancing job knowledge
and cognitive ability. Instead, through extracurricular activities and classroom interaction,
understudies are trained on how to respect discipline and tradition, follow the rules, exercise
mature judgment, and maintain high moral standards even after graduation (Kahya, 2009).
Moreover, good education also promotes carefulness, self-motivation, self-confidence, and the
