Executive Summary

The report aimed at investigating issues that hinder an organization from archiving efficiency as
well as come up with strategies on how to solve the problems. The Wells Fargo company was
analyzed. The paper is organized in five sections, where the first part describes the company.
Employees' dissatisfaction was identified as the major challenge that the company is
experiencing, and this was linked to the organizational culture of the company as well as to the
strategic objectives. The culture of the organization is recruiting high performers and setting very
high targets for them, while the objective statements tend to focus more on customers rather than
