Mission/Purpose
My project is going to accomplish getting “sweetest” experience from a resort. This project is
going to take several months renovating a resort at a poor state of repair into a classy and chic
resort finally giving a chance to let the state of Kansas experience the sweetness of this resort.
This project is a part of a larger project of getting more chains of hotels in more demanded
locations.
Project description
Jolly Limited recently acquired Zambezi Sweet Lake Resort, at Kansas City. An existing resort,
this resort is already at a poor state of repair. Again, as a result of poor management, this resort
has attained a bad reputation, both with its guests as well as the local community. Zambezi Sweet
Lake Resort is Jolly Limited’s first hotel acquisition and the resort is to become a flagship in
chains of Jolly Hotels that this company plans on developing for the next decade. This project
