Kp is defined as.. 
Kp = ([C]^c x [D]^d) / ([A]^a x [B]^b) 

so for this rxn 
Kp = [HCL]^2 / ( [O2]^1 x [H2]^3) = (1.05)^2 / ( (0.525) x (0.445)^3) = 23.8
