Based on your readings for Week Two, how would you respond to the following scenario?

Bill is a new factory manager for ABC Inc. After being on the job for just two weeks, Bill is approached by one of his employees, Sandy. She would like Bill to evaluate her job performance. While Bill is trying to decide what to tell Sandy, Bill’s boss calls him and asks him to provide a list of employees that should get merit raises. After being in his position for only two weeks, how can Bill decide which employees are doing a good job? Please post your response to this thread.
