= 1/ (2pi(60)(.000008)) = 331.57 ohms

I = V/Xc = 120/331.57 = 0.362 A

I think you wanted the peak value, which is sqrt(2)RMS = 0.512 A

Answers 90 degrees , 60 degrees, cant be determined
