The Healthcare reform bill is a bill of the United States Congress, whose main aim was to
repeal the Affordable care act and also the patient protection act (Protection & Act, 2010). The
New Healthcare reform bill was signed into law on March 23rd of 2010, and the law was signed
by the then president of the United States, Barrack Obama, this says to the nickname Obamacare.
This discussion seeks to outline the bill as instituted in 2010. The paper will explain the
components of the bill as well as how the bill came into existence and how it works.
Additionally, the paper will address the various changes made on the law as well as the effects

The bill came to existence through some key events that led to the actual passage of the bill:
