Various organizations implement different staffing strategies and recruitment and selection methods. Based on a study of an organization of your choice, assess its staffing process. Suggest improvements on the staffing practice in order to better serve the strategic objectives of the organization.
This group project consists of a paper and PowerPointpresentation. The paper size should be at least 5 pages and the presentation time is 20 minutes (+5 minutes for discussion). Both should cover the following:

Overview of organization.
Norwegian cruise line is a company that trades publicly on NASDAQ. The company
began its operations in 1966 where it engaged in cruise ships by Ted Arison and Knut Kloster.
They operated a car ferry between the Southampton in the United Kingdom and Gibraltar.
During this time, there was no competition, which allowed the company to expand its services.
The Norwegian cruise line pioneered many cruise ships over the years including out island
cruise, the first combined air se program and the new ship line to develop new ports in the
Caribbean region specifically in Ocho Rios Jamaica. In 1979, the company expanded through the
purchase of the France ship where the liner was rebuilt and renamed Norway. The conversion
