The work of Geert Hofstede, a Dutch psychologist, offers managers and leaders the basis
of assessing the cultural connections to comprehend their behavior variations. Hofstede defines
culture as the rule of behavior that directs members of a group on what to believe and do (Hofstede,
1984). Thus, his cultural dimensions theory explains the cultural variations and their significances.
To this end, this study is based on the will illuminate that cohesion on all cultures is essential for
