In most cases, it is imperative to comprehend that effective meetings are not only integral to achieving team goals and completing tasks successfully, however, reflective of the overall performance of the team functioning is quite effective. We were able to identify how the team was functioning so far and how effective the team was able to complete each task as given by the team leaders. We were able to identify the performance of each team member. Commitment and open discussion was the key in this case. Our meeting focused on an individual action plan and their commitment towards goals achievement. The other action step was goals of the meeting. We were able to understand what we ought to do in order to achieve the goals. The goal a person is setting should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-based. According to my goals, the following is what I need to achieve using the SMART method; Specific: “My goal is to receive a Sports Internship by May 1st, 2018” Measurable: I will have completed the needed training courses and gained the relevant experience within the given period, such as sports operations training. Achievable: Developing the skills needed in Sports Internship, such as sports operation skills is realistic based on my qualifications and experience, and also the time needed for the remaining training. Rewarding: Sports Internship would be rewarding because it will cater for my family needs. Timely: The training shall commence on 1st November and end on 1st May. 3) Please list the actions steps you will take to achieve your goals stated above. The Society speakers or SNT have helped me stay on track with my future school and career goals. This is through taking effective steps that will help me in achieving the goals, and discussing long and short-term goals.

Action Steps
During the last meeting, I had various action steps which were to become achieved in two
weeks before the fourth SNT meeting. One of my aims was to lose weight, and the action step
involved included working out five days a week for 30 minutes. Three days would consist of
lifting weights and two days doing aerobics. For the five days, I completed my steps. I sought the
help of a gym instructor who played an essential role in the aerobics and weight lifting sessions.
The success of my actions can be seen at my current weight which is down by about two pounds.
Another goal was to ensure that I had about 2,000 dollars in my savings account.
However, my account has only $500. For the savings account to attain $2,000, I had to take some
off-school jobs and cut on my lunch and breakfast expenses. I similarly had to ride my bicycle to
school to red...
