To put + and - sign, first choose any number on the number line except the roots (-3, 2, 5). Lets say I chose 7, which is greater than 5. I will find out whether the value of equation is positive or negative at x=7. I find that value of (x-5)(x+3)(2-x) is positive for x=7. So i put + sign after 5 and then I place alternate + and - signs. Then I will chose the interval which have negative sign.
