3 mol of OH- are liberated by 1 mol of Fe(OH)3 

1*10-12 mol of OH- are liberated by( 1*1*10-12)/3

  = 3.333*10-13 mol of Fe(OH)3 /L

           1Fe(OH)3  = 1Fe3+

1mol of Fe(OH)3  liberates 1 mol of Fe3+
