Description

Each student is required to make and deliver at least one professional presentation this semester. In this unit, we're reading a lot about grammar, punctuation, mechanics, and citations. The help us break down the reading, I'm turning the teaching over to you. I want each student to create a mini-lesson presentation and quiz for information we've covered in this unit. Follow the steps below to complete your presetation. Create a draft of your presentation in PowerPoint. You’ll be graded based on the criteria below.

  • Essentially, each presentation needs the following slides:

Slide 1) Title slide (your name, source name, topic)
Slide 2) Lesson slide (overview of topic with original examples, brief quotes from source with MLA internal citations, audio recording--don't forget to prepare and turn in your script!)
Slide 3) Quiz slide (3-5 quiz questions to test our knowledge based on what you taught us on the lesson slide)
Slide 4) Work cited slide (provide the external citation for the source you referenced on your lesson slide
