For N:

2x=2w

For Hydrogen:

8x=2z

For Cr:

2x=2y

For Oxygen:

7x=3y+z

Suppose x= 1

Then,

2(1)=2w

W=1

Z= 4

Y=1

7(1) = 3(1) + z

Z=4

Put the values of variables in the equation and you will get the balanced chemical equation.
