I assume we're talking about a standard deck of 52 cards.

The probability of a red 3 is 2/52 = 1/26

same for 4, 5 and 6

So, the total probability is (1/26)(1/26)(1/26)(1/26) = 0.000002188

Oops...correction. Each time you take a card, there is one less in the deck, so

the total probability is (1/26)(2/51)(1/25)(2/49) = 0.000002462
