Facility Plan Part II Marketing Brochure/Flyer Objectives: As a part of your facility plan, you need to be able to assess the community needs and market for patients to come to your new facility for care. This assignment will help you prepare a brochure or flyer that advertises your new facility.

For your future facility design, develop a marketing flyer or brochure to hand out in the community detailing at minimum:

  • Name of the facility and description
  • Mission of the facility
  • Vision of the facility
  • Values of the facility
  • Services to be provided
  • Population to be served
  • Parking, address (can be generic on the corner of Lincoln and Washington in downtown area)
  • Hours open
  • Website if applicable
    Include something inviting to encourage attendance
