- What aspects of Dr. Williams' behavior influence the decisions of the families he works with and possibly influence the ultimate health outcomes of their children?
- What roles do culture, ethnicity, race, and socioeconomic status play in families' experiences in the healthcare system?
- What factors, other than provider-patient communication, influence disparities in health outcomes?

CRITICAL THINKING: Set aside personal biases and instead approach the subject matter using available scholarly evidence. Consider the strengths and weaknesses of competing arguments/perspectives on this topic. Having read these scholarly sources, make a judgment as to the merit of the arguments presented therein.
