A) M1V1 = M2V2 

    400 x 0.160 = 0.295 x V(KOH) 

       64 = 0.295 x V(KOH) 

V(KOH) = 216.94 mL

B)    M1V1= M2V2 

          35.0 x 0.20 = 0.7 x V(HCl)

                 7 = 0.7 x V(HCl)

               V(HCl)= 7/0.7= 10 mL
