Intervention planning: Intervention Plans are similar to lesson plans that teachers make. These intervention plans are specifically designed to support individuals using in the management of various activities they are engaged in.

Resource utilization;it is the total amount of resources actually consumed, compared against the amount of resources planned for a specific process. It is normally measured as a percentage.

The connection between the two; they are both applied in organization for planning of the activities and at the same time utilizing the resources available in that organization.

In a criminal justice, you plan how to make use of the criminals by utilizing their skills constructively like building bridges.
